Personnel
The Personnel Team employs all non-ordained staff as recommended by the appropriate session team with session approval, and oversees and finalizes actual hires.
In addition:
 Establishes wage and salary guidelines.
Reviews staff salaries and benefits and proposes budget changes to the Finance Team.
Reviews staff performance.
Purchases staff Christmas gifts.
Recommends to FAS inclusions in the annual operating budget.
